About us

R12 is a Swedish investment company managed by co-owners Per Hesselmark and Hans Ramel. The company’s largest owner is Robert af Jochnick together with his three sons. R12’s investment operations are focused on Scandinavia, though other parts of Europe are important for add-on investments. We currently have ownership interests in 7 companies. 

We are actively seeking new investments. In addition to capital, R12 provides a strategic perspective and helps to develop each company’s business plan, thereby raising profitability and growth.

Born 1971. MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics. Formerly with Ernst & Young Consulting and Maizels Westerberg & Co.

Per is a director of OSM Group AB, NCAB Group AB, Nimbus Group AB, Pinpointer, Oriflame Holding AG, af Jochnick Foundation.

Hans Ramel
Born 1964. MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics. Formerly with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and Oriflame Cosmetics.

Hans is a director of NCAB Group AB, OSM Group AB,  af Jochnick Foundation, Pinpointer AB, Oriflame Partners Ltd.
